YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of quarterly, monthly and annual financial statements
- Responsibility for the correct booking of business transactions and the maintenance of financial accounting
- Analyzing balance sheet data and preparing corresponding reports
- Support with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Continuous monitoring of accounting processes and ensuring compliance with the relevant regulations
- Responsibility for payroll activities at the site
- Support for the implementation of a new software
- Contact person for internal and external stakeholders in relation to accounting
- Assistance with Group-HR Agendas
YOUR PROFILE:
- Superior studies, University degree in Finance or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience
- Profound knowledge of Office programs (especially Excel)
- Initial experience in the implementation of new software in the field of accounting or working with an ERP System is a benefit
- Fluent in Spanish and English; German is an asset
- Team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
