Stadium seats
GABRIEL-CHEMIE is the perfect partner when it comes to finding the right solution for plastic seating furniture. Our comprehensive product range covers the entire spectrum of applications and is designed for a product life of at least five years, depending on the geographical location. Light and colour-fastness are optimised to maintain the aesthetics and mechanical properties of the seat throughout its lifetime.
Electrical conduits
Safety is top priority. Flame protection tubes for electrical installations are used in those places where there are many people and the protection of everyone must be ensured, e.g. at train stations, schools, hospitals, offices, shopping malls, etc.
With our masterbatch, the halogen content of tubes is 10 times lower than the standard product available on the market and the product can be qualified as Zero Halogen according to IEC 60754.
XPS Insulation Materials
We offer a product range of colour masterbatch and functional additive masterbatch that is precisely matched to the production of extruded polystyrene. Common additives include slip agents, nucleating agents, processing aids, cell stabilisers and flame retardants, which is particularly important in the XPS insulation sector.
Flame Retardant Polyamide
We launched a new range of halogen-free masterbatches for use in polyamides. The range includes products for applications such as stadium seats and electrical installation components.
Flame Retardant Polypropylen
One of the group’s major goals is sustainability, in line with the new upcoming regulations of Chemical Strategy for Sustainability (CSS). This is why Gabriel-Chemie has introduced a new range of FR products for Polypropylene (PP). The range includes more sustainable formulations of classic halogenated solutions, but is also extended with the addition of new halogen-free solutions and even zero-halogen solutions. The products can be used in many applications ranging from electrical cable conduits to junction boxes, fuses and distribution boards for conventional and photovoltaic applications.
